Meet Coach E
Yvette Evans (affectionately known as Coach E) brings 42 years of federal government (including 22 years of managerial and executive leadership) experience in HR policy and operations, strategic planning and analysis, as well as performance and accountability. With a proven leadership success record, she leverages these decades of experiences to help you build a path for identifying your values, successful behaviors, and design strategies for your goals to become more successful. Coach E is most effective in listening, building trust, creating an atmosphere of empowerment and self-worth, as well as holding clients accountable through actionable goal-setting plans and strategies.
Coach E is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has earned coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute, Resilient Leadership Training Program, SYMBIS Relationship Program, SYMBIS Marriage Mentoring Program, and is a trained Relationship Coach. Coach E has been coaching for 8+ years under the ICF, however, she has over 30+ years of coaching and mentoring.
Coach E holds a Bachelors of Psychology from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia which she earned in three (3) years. She has completed graduate level hours in a Counseling Masters Degree program. Additionally, she has attended Harvard Executive Leadership and Treasury Executive Leadership Programs.
Coach E is gifted to help others achieve their next level goals. As a minority, female leader and business owner, she can often identify with her client's experiences and is therefore able to help them ignite their self-worth and value. Coach E's clients have proven outcomes of success and she wants to help you move from a stagnant place to achieve your goals.

RYSE Enterprise offers customized, one-on-one and group empowerment career and business coaching. At the clients' request, sessions include coaching on resume, interviewing, and business planning strategies. As a certified Resilent Leadership (RL) coach, sessions are built upon leadership principles for current, emerging, and aspiring leaders. RYSE offers a particular focus on "women and women of color".
We utilize a solution-based approach to coaching to develop a strategy, plan and path to help build confidence and self-value in the client. A tailored strategy plan is designed through the use of value-identification and career and leadership assessment tools such as such as 16Personalities/Myers Briggs, Resilient Leadership, Codebreaker Tech (BANK Profile), Character Strengths, Clifton Strengths, Symbols Relationship, etc. Upon an analysis of the assessment, customized action planning and coaching is implemented with a results-focused outcome.
